Looking ahead to PAS 2019

At the next PCRN SIG meeting the group will

  • Provide consultation to two nascent research  networks: 
    1. The UCLA-based Life Course Research Network -presented by Neal Halfon, MD
    2. Seattle Children's University Research Network -presented by Doug Opel, MD
  • Hear a presentation by Rinad Beidas, PhD of the University of Pennsylvania about using implementation and dissemination science to maximize the impact of PBRN’s work
  • Hold an open discussion and hear updates from established research networks   

SIG purpose/mission:
The mission of the Pediatric Clinical Research Networks SIG is to foster the development and enhance the operations of collaborative inter-institutional research networks intended to improve child health.

Current SIG goals:
To hold a highly productive and informative SIG meeting each year at the Pediatric Academic Societies meetings.
